The Parkview Police station is situated 400m away in Dundalk road.
There is 24 hour guarding of the complex by a prominent security company (ADT), linked to armed response.
The fact that the entire complex only consists of 15 units ensures that the complex security guards become familiar with the residents and their domestic staff, making strangers and their movement more obvious.
Electric fence around the perimeter of the complex installed by the complex. The adjacent property ie the property (behind the Garapa screen) also has its own electric fence around its perimeter thus resulting in a double electric fence down the entire length of that side of the complex.
